And so they are returning to the place where they started , the Crystal
Corner bar, for a grand reunion show Saturday March 13, 2010. And this
time they will be without the burden of Pupy Costello. In their name that
is.

Following the sabbatical enforced by the 9lb goat-wizard that moved into his
house, and the ensuing 6 weeks of sobriety, Pupy Costello finds himself a
changed man , not to mention a bonafied ordained minister as well. Thus he
has decided to continue the Good Lord’s work by returning to kicking out
the jams with absolute maximum full force, but this time without his name
in the spotlight.

So, Pupy Costello and His Big City Honky Tonk are now simply The Big City
Honky Tonk. Pupy Costello will still be at the helm, and they claim they
will always be doing His work, but just without either in their title
anymore.

Opening the night will be madison’s hottest new honky tonk phenomenon,
Nellie Wilson and the Hellbound Honeys.

Even better, Capital Brewery ’s latest beer, Supper Club, will be half off
all night! a beer so classically Wisconsin, it is giving the Big City Honky
Tonk a run for their money.
